Join & grow.
A fair opportunity to participate.
In Adhunik Bharat, responsibility is earned through practical community work, not family inheritance or monetary patronage. Contribution establishes eligibility: members select party leaders, and citizens elect public representatives.
The proposed leadership pathway
Every member begins at the grassroots. Progression follows four clear, checkable stages:
Apply
Submit your basic contact details and areas where you wish to contribute. No government ID is required at this initial stage.
Contribute
Participate in local civic audits, tree plantation stewardship, kisan-family links, or policy consultation working groups.
Seek responsibility
Apply for published roles such as Ward Observer or Working Group Coordinator based on merit, verified participation, and peer review.
Stand for leadership
Party members vote to select party leadership; all citizens vote in democratic elections to choose public representatives.
Published admission and selection rules
Our rules are public so that applicants and the public can verify that every decision adheres to published standards.
Rule 4.1: Equal Admission
Membership is open to any Indian citizen aged 18 or above, regardless of faith, caste, gender, or wealth. In accordance with Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, formal admission to the party register requires statutory verification before induction.
Rule 4.2: Lack of ID Policy
Lack of government ID will NOT prevent someone from applying, learning, or participating safely in community projects. Government ID is only requested when legally mandated before statutory registration.
Rule 4.3: No False Badges
We do not issue self-declared "verified citizen" badges. All submissions display an honest "Application received" status until formal checks have occurred.
Rule 6.2: Open Vacancy Notices
Requirements, deadlines, places, and evaluation rubrics are published before applications open. No appointments are made through informal backrooms.
Rule 7.1: Reasons & Appeal Route
Applicants who are not selected are provided with written reasons based on the rubric. An appeal may be lodged within 14 days with an independent Appeals Reviewer.
Rule 8.3: Firewalled Youth Separation
Youth under 18 cannot be enrolled as party members. Their civic learning records are permanently firewalled and cannot be used for political recruitment or candidate scoring.
